Preferably clean the knives by hand and not in the dishwasher. This does not benefit the beautiful, dark wood colour or the sharpness of the blade. The handle feels great in hand and the crop was extended to protect your fingers. Because of the full crop the knife is perfectly balanced, and therefore great to work with. The scales are secured with brass rivets for that authentic look and feel.
